How to use Direct Bank Transfer:

1. Log into your Platinum Play account
2. Click on the 'Bank' button followed by the 'Deposit' tab
3. Click 'Direct Bank Transfer'
4. From the list provided, select the country where you wish to make the deposit

You can transfer funds from your personal bank account to the account shown by using any of your bank's fund transfer facilities e.g. online banking, telephone banking etc.

It is important that you quote the reference number provided, when you do your transaction, as it is needed to ensure your payment is applied correctly.

It is recommended that all receipts and references are retained as proof of payment for any future queries you might have. Your account balance should be updated within 3 days of making the Direct Bank Transfer.
